Patient Coordinator

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in medical related courses.
  • With 1 year of experience in a similar customer-service or administrative role is an advantage
  • Proficient in Google suite.
  • Experience in managing payments, budgets, and expenditure is a plus
  • Has the ability to plan, schedule, and execute clinic-related events
  • Knowledgeable in administrative and record-keeping is a must.
  • Can handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, charismatic, and empathetic
  • Willing to work in Makati City Office.

Clinic Operations Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a medical-related course.
  • Preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience in handling clinic and admin operations.
  • Licensed Nurse is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable with clinical practice or best practice guidelines.
  • Proficient in Google Suites.
  • Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.
