Beverly Ong-Amoranto, MD is a Board Certified Dermatologist with special interest in cosmetic dermatology, laser surgery and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Ong-Amoranto is a graduate of B.S. Biology and earned her Medical Degree at Santo Tomas University in Manila. She is consistent in the Dean’s list from 1998-2000, where she finished at the Top 100 of her batch. She took her Post-graduate Medical Internship at the Makati Medical Center from 2002-2003 and completed her Dermatology training at the Skin and Cancer Foundation Inc. She finished her Surgical Preceptorship in MOH’s surgery under Dr. Sorin Eremia through the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. She finished her Preceptorship in Lasers, Liposuction and Cosmetic Dermatology under Dr. Kimberly Butterwick in San Diego California under the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. She authored several Clinical research studies in Dermatology including:

“A Randomized Double Blind Controlled Study to evaluate the Moisturization Efficacy of Physiogel Cream in Subjects with Dry and Sensitive Skin – June 2012”

“A Double Blind Randomized Pilot Study on the Efficacy of Coconut Water versus 5% Minoxidil in the Treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia in Men in 2006”

She is a well-known expert in soft-tissue fillers for facial rejuvenation and thus has lectured and facilitated workshops for the Philippine Dermatological Society and other affiliate societies.

Dr. Ong-Amoranto is one of the 12 International filler experts and the only representative of the Philippines chosen to participate in the “First Teoxane Train the Trainer’s Program: Master’s class” held in Universite’ Paris VI last May 2016.
